Our Programs & Classes
Students and parents of Tae Kwon Do have many reasons for their interest in the martial arts. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others, to add discipline and self control to their lives.
Whether you are interested in our programs for mental or physical well being, we offer a number of programs that will fit your developmental needs and busy schedule.
 | Junior Martial Arts Students Junior students range between the ages of 5-14 years. Students learn the three major elements: self-defense, forms, and sparring. Our class structure begins with courtesy and respect. Students condition not only their body but their mind as well. Students gain self control and become more motivated and focused. | | Lil' Dragons Preschool class The Lil' Dragon Program is for preschool children between the ages of 3-5 years. It focuses on improving basic motor skills, listening skills, and stranger danger awareness. The class enhances positive development in a fun and motivating way. Children learn how to follow directions and work with others; tools that are very important to have before entering academic school. | | Adult Class Students in the Adult Class learn self-defense, sparring, and forms.
