Our Programs & Classes

Students and parents of Tae Kwon Do have many reasons for their interest in the martial arts. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others, to add discipline and self control to their lives.

Whether you are interested in our programs for mental or physical well being, we offer a number of programs that will fit your developmental needs and busy schedule.

Junior Martial Arts Students
Junior students range between the ages of 5 and up. Students learn the three major elements: self-defense, forms, and sparring. Our class structure begins with courtesy and respect. Students condition not only their body but their mind as well. Students gain self control and become more motivated and focused.
Lil' Dragons class
The Lil' Dragon Program is for children between the ages of 3 1/2 and 5 years. It focuses on improving basic motor skills, listening skills, and stranger danger awareness. The class enhances positive development in a fun and motivating way. Children learn how to follow directions and work with others; tools that are very important to have before entering academic school.
Homeschoolers' Karate Class

Our Homeschoolers' karate class is a great way to exercise the body and mind.  It is designed for children between the ages of 5 and 15.  The class allows homeschooled children to meet and socialize with families similar to their own.  This class can be a part of your homeschool physical education class.
